A WINDY DAY IN HENLEY ON THAMES - THE THOMPSON FAMILY

I met up with the lovely Thompson family a few weeks ago at the beautiful Grey’s Court in Henley. I’m not sure if it was forecast, but it was the windiest day!

I feel like all I ever talk about on my blog is the weather! but it has such an impact on the results you get from a shoot, that it seems important enough to mention every time! (plus I am British so what else would you expect ;-) )

I actually feel like we’ve had a summer this year, which is so nice for a change. I have to say though, i’m already looking forward to booking in more beautiful autumnal shoots, with it’s lovely soft light and gorgeous colours, it’s got to be one of the best times of year don’t you think… x

AFTERNOON TEA IN LINCOLN...

A few weeks ago I made the journey to a pretty little village just outside Lincoln to spend an afternoon with Tilly and Toby in their beautiful garden. I had such a lovely time capturing these two little beauties surrounded by all their favourite things. We had hobby horse races, collected eggs from the chickens, ate cake and drank tea - A perfect afternoon!

Emma, their lovely Mum commented after seeing the gallery - “WOW! Such beautiful images. You really seem to have captured our life in the garden. Really thrilled with the results”. 

I can’t ask any more than that :-)
